There is a minimum booking of 2 nights at Gaia. Rates are as follows:-

2 nights:
$220 per night (up to 2 guests)
$240 per night (3 guests)
$260 per night (4 guests)

3 to 5 nights:
$200 per night (up to 2 guests)
$220 per night (3 guests)
$240 per night (4 guests)

10% discount on 6 nights or more.

Payment: A 50% deposit upon booking; the balance to be paid one month before occupancy. You can pay by direct deposit, cheque or money order. We are unable to accept credit or debit cards.

Due to Gaia's unique location, and the fact that it is home to many species of local wildlife, we have had to impose a few rules to protect the area and ensure you make the most of your stay:

1. All food, drink, equipment and supplies needed for your stay MUST be brought with you! The nearest shop is 60km away and unfortunately we are not able to offer groceries, medication or general provisions to guests.
2. Absolutely NO PETS of any shape or size are allowed on the property.
3. Not recommended for children under the age of 5 (the house design is not toddler friendly and there is a flowing creek running close by.)
4. Honey or bee products must not be brought onto Kangaroo Island (this is to protect and preserve KI's unique species of Ligurian bee.)
5. If there are more than 4 people in your group please give Graham a call to see if it's possible to accommodate them.
